General Information

 we offer only high quality to you with box, card, extra laces,etc.

--All of the goods on www.bagssell.com
 are brand new in their original packing unless otherwise noted.

--All prices listed including shipping cost. All prices on our website are small order only, If you order more than 1000/pairs, please contact us by email:bagssell@hotmail.com

--You will recieve an order confirmation after we recieve your payment to your email. We can provide a tracking number the same day.

--All clothing and shoes run true to size.

--All goods must be paid in full before shipping.

Return/Exchange

--We only offer store credits on clothing and shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.

--Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't want the clothing and shoes anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of clothing or shoes are darker or lighter than picture,clothing or shoes do not fit.

--Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong goods or size sent, factory defect on goods, mistake on www.bagssell.com part.

--The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.

--Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of receiving shoes to get an exchange on the shoes.

--If your goods are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.

Shipping & Delivery

--If you pay additonal  15% guarantee fee, we can assure delivery safe! If package(s) lost, we assure refund or return as free!!!

--All Items are shipped  from China. The shipping courier we use depends on your location.

--You will recieve a tracking number from us, by which you can go to the shipping couriers site and track the package(s).

--Normally, shipping will take around 5 -7 working days once the order had been confirmed.

--We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.

--Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.

--All packages must be signed for. If no one is at  home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.

--In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package. 

--We shipped mainly to U.S.A,Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Asia. If you are out of the area stated, please contact us to confirm if the shipping is available for your country
